This page contains information regarding the monthly club tournament that is open only to students of Assam Chess Club and its affiliated club & Academies. 

Monthly Club Tournament Date: 31 May 2026 (Sunday)

Above 10 Category (born 2015 and before) : 10 am to 2 pm Below 10 Category (born on or after 01/01/2016) 3 pm to 6 pm
Venue: Assam Chess Club, ground floor, Aarohon Building, Wireless, Dispur, Guwahati

Eligibility Criteria : Students of Assam Chess Club, Akshayam Chess Learning Centre, Snehabandhan Chess Academy, SPS Chess Academy, Sportscraft Chess Academy, GTC Chess Foundation, Bounce Chess Academy, Abhyaas Chess Club.

Playing Category : Under 10 and Above 10

Rounds : 5 round in swiss league format

Time control: 15 mins plus 2 seconds

Participants: Only 50 players will be accepted on first come first serve basis.

Prizes: Top 3 players in each category will be awarded Chess books & certificate.

Points scored in each tournament will be accumulated and at the end of 12 months the player scoring the maximum points in each category will be awarded as the PLAYER OF THE YEAR and He/She will receive full one year scholarship next near.
